You may access VividWallColor for your own personal, non-commercial room color planning, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree to use VividWallColor only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Uploading illegal, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or copyright-infringing image files into the visualizer workspace.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code from the client-side WebGL canvas application.
- Engaging in automated bot queries, denial of service (DoS) attacks, or excessive request flooding that impairs server availability for other users.
- Repackaging, reselling, or embedding VividWallColor's visualizer engine inside commercial third-party software without prior written consent.
4. AI Visualization Disclaimer & Color Variations
Digital Simulation Notice
All paint colors, textures, and sheen finishes rendered on VividWallColor are digital simulations intended strictly for preview and illustrative purposes.
Actual paint shades applied to physical walls may vary significantly due to factors including:
- Device monitor calibration, color gamut (sRGB vs. Display P3), and screen brightness levels.
- Natural light orientation (North/South windows) vs. artificial lighting (LED temperature in Kelvins).
- Wall texture porosity, existing undercoat colors, and paint sheen levels (Matte, Satin, Semi-Gloss).
- Paint manufacturer color batch variations.
We strongly recommend purchasing physical liquid paint swatches and testing them on your physical wall before making bulk paint purchases.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VividWallColor, its developers, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on color visualization previews.
VividWallColor is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
